Polyester and epoxy-polyester powder painting is carried out
in two fully automatic systems with innovative priming to ensure effective adhesion
between powder coat and metal substrate.
Both systems are computer controlled and comprise:
- a stainless steel phosphor degreasing tunnel with automatic
phosphor feed and demineralised water washing;
- drying oven;
- 2 x automatic painting booths with 4 reciprocators for a total
of 24 paint guns;
- 200°C hardening oven with automatic temperature control

2 x continuous cycle, automatic, epoxy polyester powder painting systems for structures
of 800x3500 and 1000 x 2700 x H=2100 mm, complete with phosphor degreasing and
demineralised water washing.
